Hugh Hoard and his wife, Sherry built this business from the ground up - not just as a company, but as a calling. Hugh gave his life to this work and was deeply proud of what he created. He believed that doing right by the customer was the only way to do business, and he lived that belief every single day.
In the Coachella Valley, community and relationships are everything and Hugh understood that better than anyone. He was known throughout the industry for his warmth and character. He was friends with his competitors, and it wasn't unusual to find Hugh sharing a box of donuts with them. That spirit of genuine connection set the tone for everything HH Air Conditioning stands for.
